Let's Learn from the Cavaliers' NBA Victory

With a decisive 93-89 victory over the Golden State Warriors, the Cleveland Cavaliers won their first NBA Championship after a 52-year drought, not just in the NBA, but in any professional team championship in Cleveland. As project managers, what can we learn from this historic victory?

  • Accept responsibility. We will make mistakes. How we respond to those mistakes can make all the difference in the world.

  • Celebrate your victory. Don’t forget your team. When you’ve reached your goal, celebrate everyone involved. Each person on your team brings their own set of dynamics.

Congratulations and thanks for the lessons, Cleveland Cavaliers! Continue reading...
