Set a goal. LeBron’s goal was to bring a trophy to Cleveland. With that goal in mind, his every move became strategic.
Be willing to adjust. In studying their plays, the Cavs were able to see what worked and what failed. Be willing to adjust. Review your strategy frequently and make sure that you’re still on course.
Accept responsibility. We will make mistakes. How we respond to those mistakes can make all the difference in the world.
Celebrate your victory. Don’t forget your team. When you’ve reached your goal, celebrate everyone involved. Each person on your team brings their own set of dynamics.
